Included with Hourly Rental

  • Approx. 850 sq ft pre-furnished, pre-equipped multifunctional creative space (use of back office space not included in hourly rental)

  • Single wall-mounted seamless photo backdrop roll-out system with pull chain

  • 2 NEEWER phone-compatible LED light panels, 2 tripod stands

  • Canon imagePROGRAF pro-6100 large format printer (max print width 60in.)

  • Music corner: 2 guitars, 1 weighted keyboard, 1 microphone/mic stand, music stand, 2 amplifiers, 3 amp cables*

  • Seating/social area: couch, two chairs, table, record player and vinyl, filled bookcase

  • 2 stationary work tables*

  • Director’s chair, large circle mirror

  • Food storage area: refrigerator/freezer, snack/drink storage space and server, microwave, air fryer, water cooler

  • Trash bin, cleaning supplies & supply storage unit

  • ZDS Creative inventory/inventory table*

Multimedia studio materials included with Hourly Rental:

  • 1 color seamless backdrop roll (all 10 available colors provided upon inquiry)

  • Roll sheet prints on Canon large format printer (Canon Pro Luster pre-loaded, unlimited ink use)

  • Sanders, jigsaw, drills, and woodworking tools

  • Variety of paints and brushes

  • Variety of markers, pens, pencils

  • Variety of collage-making materials: magazines, scrap papers, glues, tapes

  • Variety of yarn and embroidery floss

  • Front-of-house decor, furniture, art etc.

*Starred items from the above list can be removed from the space only if request is given at least 24 hours before scheduled rental.

  • If you’re interested in hosting an event or class outside of Open Studio hours, fill out this inquiry form.

  • Rental add-ons are available for additional charges and are made available upon request. Included materials can be accessed with assistance of a ZDS Creative Staff Member.

  • We’re in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Our address is 67 West St. STE 413. Take the front elevator to the 4th floor & follow the black and white ZDS Creative signs down the hall!

  • No, a ZDS Creative Staff Member, who will be present during your rental time and during all events/workshops/classes, will open and close the studio for you. The back section of the studio is our Office Space and is not available for rental at this time. Feel free to schedule a time to visit by getting in touch!
